On February 18, 2025, Roger “Ari” Kahn notified Intellinetics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), of his resignation from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), with immediate effect. Mr. Kahn serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Kahn’s resignation is due to the demands of his primary occupation, and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company.
